Habits
Creating habits are hugely important for clearing the clutter of life. I have been jogging/walking again in the mornings to work on clearing the excess clutter from my body and I am pleased with the establishment of this habit.
I seem to do best in establishing a habit if I do it every day. It doesn’t work as well when I plan on doing something Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for instance. I have to do it every day or I won’t get on a roll with the habit.
My newly establishing habits are:
- jogging/walking
- dishwasher
- doggy dooty
As I progress in my clutter clearing, I will add some tasks to do each day to establish a routine that can be maintained. And it is all about maintenance because this needs to be continued constantly for the long haul and not just started and stopped like most things.
